Yoga Time II

   This class will practice more advanced yoga postures coupled with Kundalini breathing. Together the breath with the posture provides a deeper level of relaxation, movement of energy and a stronger, healthier body.
It’s a little more challenging than YOGA FOR LADIES I although very doable by most everyone!

  Prerequisite: Yoga for Ladies I Class or some prior yoga experience. Bring yourself in comfortable clothes, water and a yoga mat.

  Meditation is the practice of quieting the chatter of the mind and focusing our attention inward. When we learn to be calm and still our outer expression, our listening skills improve as we gain inner awareness, perception and knowing.

  This beginning level class takes the mystery out of meditation. Can anyone do it? YES! Is it easy to learn? YES! We’ll start at the very beginning with the basics.
