This Client Agreement is between My Infinite Possibilities LLC (“Company,” “I,” “we,” or “us”) and the client. It applies to individual coaching programs, sessions, and workshops. Please review this agreement before booking or beginning services.

1. Nature of Services

I provide coaching and educational support in self-mastery, energy healing and Qi work, longevity, weight loss, emotional alignment, and spiritual evolution. This work is not medical care, nutrition prescribing, psychotherapy, or a substitute for licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for your health decisions and for consulting your own medical or mental-health providers as needed.

2. No Guarantees

Results vary. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, including weight loss, health changes, or life results. You participate voluntarily and at your own pace.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Individual sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, are charged in full. Please arrive on time. Sessions that start late will still end at the scheduled time.

4. Fees and Refunds

Payment is due as agreed at booking or program start. Unpaid balances may result in paused or canceled services. Prepaid individual sessions, programs, and workshops are final sale. Unused sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled when availability allows; they are not refundable unless the Company states otherwise in writing.
 

• Individual sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, are charged in full.

• Please arrive on time. Sessions that start late still end at the scheduled time.

• Group offerings  and workshops follow the terms shared at registration and may be non-refundable or transferable only.
  
  Refund Policy - ALL SALES ARE FINAL 
  Prepaid individual sessions and programs are refundable only for unused sessions when canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions already completed are non-refundable.
  Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable.
  Workshop fees are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of registration.
  Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Client Responsibility

You agree to participate honestly, keep scheduled appointments, and apply the work in your own life. Do not attend a session if you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency. Seek appropriate professional care instead.

6. Confidentiality

I treat session content as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or needed to address a safety concern.

7. Materials

Handouts, recordings, and other materials I provide are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, My Infinite Possibilities LLC and I are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the services. You participate voluntarily.

9. Website Terms

This agreement works together with the Terms of Service posted on the My Infinite Possibilities LLC website. By accepting and signing this agreement, you also agree to those Terms of Service.

10. Changes

I may update these terms with notice. Continued use of services after notice means you accept the updated terms.

Client Acknowledgment

By booking, you accept the required acknowledgment and providing your electronic signature during the booking process, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this Client Agreement.
